Individual consultations offer a confidential psychological assessment and treatment service to assist children, adults, or families who may be struggling with a particular dilemma or who find themselves in a period of emotional turmoil or distress. The primary orientation is cognitive behavioural and is strongly influenced by attachment theory, neuropsychology and mindfulness.

At times consultation at home is requested. This can be for a number of reasons including behavioural observations, in-home parenting support or because a child can be too anxious to meet a stranger in a new environment. Please feel free to contact us if you feel this option may be of use to you.
A fee for travel is applicable.
